Our after school club operates everyday Monday to Friday during school term time.
The after school club currently provides a service only for the parents and children of Scotforth St Paul's School, unlike our holiday club where we invite children and families from the wider community.
Children who are registered and booked to attend Scotforth After School Club are either met by their key-worker at the reception classroom or older children make their way to the prearranged meeting point where the club will start at 3:10 pm.
All children will be marked off our attendance register and be offered a choice of activities in two or three age appropriate groups.
If children are attending the schools extended activities (music, sport etc) they can join in After School Club afterwards.Children are offered a variety of freeplay and pre planned themed activities provided by our enthusiastic and experienced staff team.Snack can be self selected by the children between 3.30 - 4.30pm. Children are provided with the opportunity to complete homework during after school club with staff available to help if needed. We encourage children to be actively involved in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the play environment and activities we provide. The club closes at 6:00 pm and the current cost per child, per session is £7.00.
